i’m patric king; i go by pk. i live in chicago with my partner and a talkative black cat who looks like a ten-dollar wig.

i am a designer, typographer, and occasional illustrator. as a result, i seem to have a permanently furrowed brow. too many hours staring at computer screens.

right now we’re concentrating on design for the web—micropublishing, mostly—although su is getting tired of it and is pushing me to dredge up more work in print for us. i was originally trained in that medium; he wants to explore a new one.
